RaNevra was founded in 2025 to build software around the way a business actually works. No generic package, no sales-to-delivery handoff, and no expanding scope before the core constraint is understood.
We map the real workflow, prove the smallest useful solution, then engineer it for production. The result is a system the client can operate, own and extend.

Understand before building
The brief is a hypothesis. We test it against the operation before a line of production code is written, because the expensive mistakes are all made in week one.
Small, deployable, often
Anything that cannot ship in two weeks is not a plan, it is a wish. We break work down until each piece can go live on its own.
Build for the handover
We write the code and the documentation as though the next engineer to open it will not be us. Usually, it isn't.
Say what the risk is
Estimates carry uncertainty, models make mistakes, migrations bite. We put those in writing early rather than discovering them together at the worst moment.
